mkl-service cp314t builds are now on conda-forge for linux-64 and win-64 (conda-forge/mkl-service-feedstock#60). This PR re-enables the 3.14t test jobs that were disabled in df30de2:

  • conda-package.yml and conda-package-cf.yml: the 3.14t entries in test_linux and test_windows
  • build_pip.yml: both 3.14t entries. mkl-service is now installed from conda-forge for every Python version, since PyPI has no cp314t wheel.

The clang workflows still skip 3.14t because they install mkl-service from PyPI.

Checklist

  • NumPy/SciPy FFT API compatibility preserved, or the break is intentional and called out above.
  • Behavior changes have tests in mkl_fft/tests/; bug fixes have a regression test.
  • CHANGELOG.md updated under ## [dev] with a [gh-NNN] link, or the change isn't user-visible.

…-forge

conda-forge published cp314t mkl-service builds for linux-64 and win-64
(conda-forge/mkl-service-feedstock#60), so re-enable the 3.14t test jobs
in the conda and pip workflows. The pip workflow now installs
mkl-service from conda-forge, since PyPI still has no cp314t wheel.

The clang workflows stay without 3.14t: they install mkl-service from
PyPI.
